Regional Financial Analyst

Referring to the Regional Finance Supervisor,

Your main responsibilities will be:

Act as Business Partner, providing finance insights to internal stakeholders for financial planning activities, budgeting reasons and relevant decision - making processes.
Prepare comprehensive management reports.
Participate in finance projects, gradually taking ownership of particular workstreams.
Define and produce financial reporting, ensuring that it is in line with the Group’s standards while implementing good internal control practices.
Maximize financial systems usage and efficiency as well as leverage knowledge and intuition around systems.
Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial reporting and accounting procedures.

Knowledge & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other related
Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably gained in a relevant industry (Retail Sector).
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools, advanced Excel, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting systems is advantageous.
Understanding of IFRS and its application in financial reporting.
Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English
