HOUSEMARKET Customer Service Team Leader

The Position:    

Reporting to the  Housemarket Customer Relations Manager you are responsible and accountable to: 

     Provide the best possible customer service communicating a “customer first” mentality in all internal & external customers

     Secure the operational excellence of the service business together with the Service Partner team leader and all relevant shareholders 

     Monitor, control & improve all operating costs & KPIs

     Ensure that all Customer Relations data (qualitative |quantitative) are correctly tracked & monitored 

     Regularly review  the compliance of stores’ way of working with OPIS procedures

     Implement all the agreed actions set in order to improve the Brand capital, the PULSE CX & the 4 axes indices

 

 The Skills & Qualifications:

     Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

     Very good command of English language

     Very good knowledge of MS Office

     Knowledge of Navision

     2 years of experience in Customer Relations Division 

     Customer Focus

     Focus on detail, good planning and organizational skills

     Achievement drive, initiative taking and problem solving skills

     Analytical thinking & Synthesis ability

     Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines

Qualifications considered as an asset:

     Knowledge of the Retail Market

     Additional Foreign Languages
