The Position:    

Reporting to the Sales Range & Logistics Manager, you are responsible and accountable to:  

  • Identify and qualify potential leads for our B2B sales lead generation, utilizing various research techniques
  • Collaborate in a matrix management structure with Greece, Cyprus and Bulgaria B2B teams
  • Achieve Sales Targets and implement the company’s commercial strategy
  • Contact prospective clients to build rapport and introduce our products and services
  • Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

 The Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Very good command of English language
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office 
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within a matrix organization
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and store visits

Qualifications considered as an asset:

·       Knowledge of the Retail Market

·       Additional Foreign Languages
