DEPARTMENTAL HEAD OF SALES – HFBs COORDINATOR

For our IKEA AIRPORT Store, we are looking for
DEPARTMENTAL HEAD OF SALES – HFBs COORDINATOR (SALES COORD_0924)

Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible and accountable for:
•    Achieving the sales & profitability budget set by the Sales Manager for the HFBs of your responsibility
•    Steering towards maximizing all commercial KPIs of the HFBs of your responsibility
•    Ensuring the best possible customer service having customers in focus as your first priority
•    Controlling, steering and following up all operating costs and P&L elements related to your areas of responsibility
•    Knowing your local market potential and ensure your store is locally relevant
•    Selecting, developing and maintaining a motivated team capable of producing the agreed objectives and implementing the actions agreed to improve improve the 4-axis index of the Engagement Survey (Safety-Meritocracy-Respect-Development). 4 axis index.
•    Implement all the agreed actions set in order to improve the Brand capital, the CX Results & the Employee Survey indices
•    Securing that each area you are responsible for, is properly staffed with trained and qualified co-workers during all opening hours
 
Qualifications and Competences Required:  
•    Bachelor’s Degree
•    At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position
•    Good people management skills and team-oriented personality
•    Achievement drive, initiative taking and problem-solving skills
•    Commercial Thinking
•    Customer Focus
•    Good planning and organizational skills
•    Very good communication and interpersonal skills
•    Analytical and numerical abilities
•    Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
•    Very good command of the Greek & English language
•    Good knowledge of Ms Office


Qualifications considered as an asset:
•    Knowledge of Microsoft Navision
•    Post Graduate degree in Management
