HR GENERALIST (Headquarters Airport)

For our Headquarters in Spata we are looking for: HR Generalist
Reporting to the HM Human Resources Manager, the suitable candidate will be responsible and accountable for:

• Consolidating the Monthly Payroll data and Headcount data for all HM and producing all needed reports

• Handling all Personnel /Payroll related issues for the Service organization

• Ensuring the proper functionality of the HRIS system and acting as a Super-user by supporting and advising Store HR in all three countries

• Supporting the Compensation and Benefits Processes

• Preparing and updating all Organizational Charts

• Supporting the Budget and Staff Cost processes

• Supporting the Recruitment, Selection, Training and Development Processes

• Providing top level quality customer service to colleagues from Stores and Headquarters

• Actively participating in all HM HR projects

Qualifications and Competences Required:

• Bachelor, Preferably in Business administration or HR Management

• Very good command of the Greek & English language

• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

• At least 1-2 years working experience in a HR Generalist position, preferably in the retail sector

• Customer Focus

• Very good communication and interpersonal skills

• Focus on detail, good planning and organizational skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a great variety of different projects and strict deadlines

• Achievement drive, initiative taking and problem solving skills

• Strong ambassador of the IKEA values

Qualifications considered as an asset:

• Post Graduate degree in HR Management

• Knowledge of the Retail Market

• Knowledge of HR procedures and HRIS systems
