Market Commercial Manager (IKEA PATRAS STORE)

                                      For our new Store in Patra we are looking for:

                                 Market Commercial Manager (IKEA PATRAS STORE)

Reporting to the Market Manager you will be responsible and accountable:

• To drive all the store’s commercial operations and profitability towards maximizing the corresponding KPIs 
• To secure a consistent, seamless and positive customer experience through all the channels and methods available 
• To ensure that the store is locally relevant, exhibiting and acquiring adequate knowledge of the local market as it evolves 
• To prepare and lead the commercial action plan for your store 
• To contribute effectively towards IKEA store’s positioning as the first choice in home furnishing in the local market 
• To verify and act upon any deviation from the budgeted landed cost in cooperation with the  Logistics Operations Coordinator 
• To closely monitor and manage all operating costs and P&L elements related to the areas of responsibility
• To select, develop and maintain a motivated team capable of achieving the agreed objectives 

Qualifications and Competences Required: 
• University Degree
• Very Good command of the English language
• Very Good use of MS Office 
• Knowledge of the Retail Market
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good planning, organizational and follow up skills
• Team oriented personality 
• Achievement drive, analytical and numerical abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines

Qualifications considered as an asset:
• Post Graduate degree in Management
• Navision knowledge
• Autocad-2 knowledge
• Logistics experience
