E Commerce Customer Service Team Leader Greece

 (Ref: ECOMTL_0522)

 

The Position:

 

Reporting to the New Business E commerce Executive, you will be responsible and accountable to:

 

  • Ensure the best customer service in your area of responsibility
  • Ensure compliance of the Exchange & Return processes for purchases made online
  • Select, develop and maintain a mobilized group able to accomplish the desired goals
  • Improve the online shopping process by monitoring and evaluating customers feedback
  • Liaise efficiently with all internal and external third parties to secure an excellent customer experience
  • Ensure that all company and legal guidelines are followed in your areas of responsibility
  • Implement the actions agreed in order to improve the ICSS, Brand capital & 4 axes indices. Have ICSS as a tool to improve customer experience.
  • Control, Steer and follow up all operating costs and KPIs related to your areas of responsibility

 

Qualifications and Competences Required:

 

  • Customer and business focus
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Focus on detail, prioritization, good planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
  • Achievement drive, initiative taking and problem solving skills
  • Very good command of Greek & English language
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office/ Outlook
  • Team spirit
  • Bachelor Degree
  • At least 2 years in a managerial position (with team management responsibility), preferably in the Retail Sector Customer Service field

 

Qualifications considered as an asset:

 

  • Knowledge of Retail Market
  • Additional languages
