Recovery Team Leader
Reporting to the Market Logistics Manager , the Recovery Team Leader you are responsible and accountable to:
Ensure the best possible customer service and have customers in focus as your first priority
Reduce the financial impact of damaged goods working together with all Sales Shopkeepers and Logistics Manager
Ensure the commerciality of the ASIS area
Implement all the agreed actions set in order to improve the Brand capital, the IKEA Customer Satisfaction Survey & the 4 axes (Safety-Meritocracy-Respect-Development) indices
Ensure that all company, legal and health & safety guidelines are followed in all areas of responsibility and at all times
Closely monitor, control and improve all operating costs and KPIs’ related to the area of responsibility
Select, develop and maintain a motivated team capable of achieving the agreed objectives
Ensure the quality control, reporting and claiming process of the department
The Skills & Qualifications:
Logistics Knowledge, Commercial Thinking and Customer Focus
Achievement drive, initiative taking and problem solving skills
Good People management skills
Very good communication skills and team oriented personality
Good planning and organizing skills
Analytical and numerical abilities
Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
University or College Degree (Preferably in Supply Chain Management)
Very good command of the Greek & English language
Good knowledge of Ms Office, especially Excel
