HR Business Partner H&B

Holland and Barrett, part of Fourlis Group of Companies located in Kifissia, (operations in the health and wellness sector), is currently looking to recruit:

HR Business Partner H&B

(ref.: FG_BP 08.2024)

The Position:

Being a member of our Group’s HR department, reporting to the Group HR Director & dotted reporting to the Head of Business Unit of Holland & Barrett, you will be responsible and accountable for:

§  Collaborating with business units to suggest, develop and implement HR strategies.

§  Providing advice and support on human resources matters.

§  Collaborating closely with Hiring Managers to identify the recruitment needs and handling end-to-end recruitment for Holland & Barrett Greece job vacancies.

§  Managing training and staff development processes.

§  Implementing Group HR policies and procedures.

§  Ensuring adherence to HR guidelines from Holland & Barrett UK.

§  Supporting organizational changes and development initiatives.

§  Facilitating successful completion of employee engagement survey process with follow-on action planning.

§  Supporting administrative tasks related to recruitment, learning & development and payroll.

§  Monitoring and analyzing HR performance indicators/metrics.

§  Demonstrating Company’s culture and values and contributing to the cultural transformation.

 

Qualifications & Competencies required:

§  Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

§  At least 5 years of working experience in a similar position, preferably in a retail environment

§  Strong knowledge of the Greek labor Law

§  Good planning, organizational and follow up skills

§  Very good communication and interpersonal skills

§  Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material

§  Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines

§  Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Excel & working experience in HR systems

§  Very good command of the Greek & English language (verbal and written)

§  Teamwork

 

Qualifications considered as an asset:

§  Master’s Degree in Human Resources

§  Working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, practices & methodologies

§  Proficiency in use of SCAN HRMS

§  Ability to acquire fast a thorough understanding of the strategy and business of assigned departments
