Group SAP Support Supervisor
(ref.: FH_SSS 04.2024)
The Position:
Reporting to the Group Back Office IT Systems Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for:
§ Providing SAP ERP support for the legal entities in the operating countries
§ Providing effective end-users support
§ Proposing & implementing SAP ERP Optimizations for improving organization‘s effectiveness and productivity, Test deliverables and Roll-out the final solutions to end users
§ Handling large scales issues or change requests in cooperation with the Project Implementation team
§ Providing internal training, IT manuals & user guides
§ Monitoring and ensuring the smooth operation of the interfaces between Front-Office Systems and SAP
§ Setting and updating your department’s procedures and ensuring the application of these
§ Managing efficiently your team so as it achieves the agreed objectives and meets the Management expectations
§ Identifying training needs and proposing relevant courses for your subordinates
Qualifications & Competencies required:
§ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or related area
§ At least 5 years of working experience in a similar position
§ Good knowledge of SAP ERP Modules: FI/CO/MM/SD/RE-FX (for IFRS16)
§ Very good knowledge of information analysis and software applications management
§ Good command of the Greek and English language, both written and verbal
§ Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
§ Strong Customer Focus and Achievement drive
§ Good communication and interpersonal skills in order to support users in the region effectively
§ Ability to prioritize work and plan effectively
§ Analytical way of thinking and understanding of business operations
§ Ability to always be compliant with organization’s & IT procedures
§ Team motivation and coaching to high-standard results
Qualifications considered as an asset:
§ Experience on SAP ERP implementation and support (preferably in the retail sector)
§ Previous participation in multinational projects
§ Knowledge of SAP XI/PI
§ Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL
