Group IT Systems Administrator

Group IT Systems Administrator

The Position:

Reporting to the Group IT Systems Administration Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for:

• Administering, monitoring, supporting, and maintaining the Group systems infrastructure to ensure the undisrupted operation of the Group IT systems (Stores (IKEA & Intersport), E-commerce) and the best Customer Service.
• Implementing all necessary IT routines and procedures
• Participating in IT related projects and new stores establishments

Qualifications & Competencies required:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Degree in Information Technology or related field will be considered as an asset)
• Good knowledge and at least five years of experience on:
  • installing and administering Microsoft’s OS server, Server applications and Client products
  • Active Directory infrastructure (both on premise and Office365) administration
  • Exchange infrastructure (both on premise and Office365) administration
  • MS Hyper-V infrastructure Administration
  • SQL RDBMS infrastructure Administration
  • Office 365 and Azure infrastructure suite administration
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft SQL RDBMS scripting language
• Good Knowledge of administrative scripting language (powershell, vbs, etc)
• Good command of the English language
• Achievement drive, initiative taking and problem solving skills
• Very strong Customer Focus
• Good planning, organizational and follow up skills
• Good handling and monitor on project’s deliveries by both internal and external partners
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines 

Qualifications considered as an asset:

• Certifications on Microsoft Systems Center suite administration
• Certifications on Microsoft Azure Cloud Services administration
• Knowledge on Microsoft SharePoint Server administration
• Experience in Retail Business Processes and Systems
• Experience in ERP applications (preferably Microsoft Dynamics Nav and/or SAP)
