What You Will Work On

 

Reporting to the Market Manager, you are responsible and accountable to: 

  • To ensure that all company, legal and health & safety guidelines are followed in all areas of responsibility and at all times (Logistics, Cash line, Customer Service, Exchange & Returns, xFood & Beverages)
  • To ensure an effective ordering and logistics process so as to optimize the cost of goods sold & availability
  • Ensure the best possible customer service and have customers in focus as your first priority
  • To ensure that the external services partners performance corresponds to the agreed objectives
  • To support the implementation of the Store Operating plan adhering to the agreed Divisional Actions
  • To monitor & follow up all store’s operating costs & P&L elements of the respective divisions
  • To closely monitor, control and improve all operating costs and KPIs’ related to the area of responsibility
  • To lead the budgeting process in the store ensuring that all managers with budget responsibility receive  clearly documented goals , of the respective divisions
  • To develop and maintain a motivated team capable of achieving the agreed objectives

What You Bring

  • University Degree
  • Very Good command of the English language
  • Very Good use of MS Office
  • Relevant working experience minimum 3-5 years of the Retail Market
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very good planning, organizational and follow up skills
  • Team oriented personality
  • Achievement drive, analytical and numerical abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
