Talent Acquisition Specialist

 (ref.: FG_TAS 01.2025)

The Position:

Being a member of our Group’s HR department, reporting to the Organizational & Development Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for:

  •         Handling end-to-end recruitment for FOURLIS Holdings job vacancies.
  •         Handling all Group Companies' requests related to the HRMS: Organizational Structure, Self Service etc.
  •         Using various channels to attract top talent (LinkedIn, Kariera etc)
  •         Evaluating candidates for their experience, capabilities, and motivations to determine strong matches for roles that we have available
  •         Working closely with all hiring managers of the company in order to identify recruitment needs and choose the appropriate recruiting & selection strategy.
  •         Screening resumes, conducting interviews and assessing candidates
  •         Maintaining and updating recruitment databases and reports.
  •         Supporting all HR Systems.
  •         Managing the administrative account of the internal communication tool.

 

Qualifications & Competencies required:

  •         Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  •         At least 3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, thriving in fast-paced, rapid-growth environments
  •         Capability to work autonomously and consistently achieve targets
  •         Proficiency in prioritization and success in a demanding environment
  •         Ability to multi-task in fast-paced organizations
  •         Good planning, organizational and follow up skills
  •         Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  •         Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
  •         Strong PC skills, including working experience in HR systems
  •         Very good command of the Greek & English language (verbal and written)
  •         Strong Teamwork

 

Qualifications considered as an asset:

  •         Master’s degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration
  •         Working knowledge in use of SCAN HRMS
  •         Ability to acquire fast and thorough understanding of the strategy and business of assigned departments
