Compensation, Benefits & Reporting Supervisor

The Position:
Being a member of our Group’s HR department, reporting to the Organizational & Development Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for:
- Developing, implementing and managing compensation and benefits policies and procedures
- Reviewing and analyzing the current salary and benefits packages available to employees
- Supporting the development of new salary scales for various roles and departments
- Monitoring weekly staff cost and monthly staff cost variances
- Calculating and providing monthly bonus and salary increases/ adjustments’ provisions to Finance department
- Calculating and ensuring correct and timely payout of MBO bonus for all sites
- Identifying trends and implementing new practices to engage and motivate employees
- Drafting job descriptions, job analyses and classifications
- Ensuring that all benefits are handled according to the company policy
- Renewing our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs
- Monitoring of HR KPIs
- Providing guidance and assistance to managers and other staff members regarding salary and various types of benefits
- Evaluating labor market trends to ensure compensation and benefits programs
- Structuring compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization
- Developing and managing budgets related to compensation and benefits.
- Ensuring that all compensation and benefits related issues are handled according to policies and legal compliance
- Benchmarking salaries and benefits by participating in compensation surveys
- Evaluating how effective the benefit packages are in terms of employee satisfaction
Qualifications & Competencies required:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 6 years of working experience in a similar position, preferably in retail environment
- Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels
- Good planning, organizational and follow up skills
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the Greek labor Law
- Drive for Results
- Business Acumen
- Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Excel & working experience in HR systems, (BI skills considered as an asset)
- Knowledge of developing Reports & KPIs
- Very good command of the Greek & English language (verbal and written)
- Strong Teamwork
Qualifications considered as an asset:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources/ Finance
- Proficient in use of SCAN HRMS
- Ability to acquire fast and thorough understanding of the strategy and business of assigned departments
