Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Store Manager. The person will be responsible for the sales results of a store, employees management and active, professional customer service. We are looking for a team player with experience in the retail industry, motivated to develop the company and share good practices. ︉︇︍︋︃︄︁︍︆︇︇︈︁︁︎︌︉︆︍︋️︎︍︄︌︁︈︇︆︌︅︊

Your responsibilities:

- Comprehensive store management
- Realization of the assumed sales results and KPIs
- Working with the product based on sales results and VM standards
- Constant supervision over maintaining the appropriate image of the store
- Recruiting, motivating and training of the team
- Active, professional customer service and sales
- Ensuring compliance with internal company procedures
- Building a positive image of the store and brand
