Group Payroll Administrator
(ref.: HRD_PA 7.2025)
The Position:
Being a member of our Group’s Payroll department, you will be responsible and accountable for:
- Ensuring accurate processing and recording of FOURLIS Group companies’ payroll,
- Implementing all necessary day to day payroll routines and procedures (data entries, payroll reports, employees’ vacation plan record, uploads on ERGANI system, administration of job offers/employment contracts/certifications etc.),
- Providing support & advice to HR colleagues in payroll related issues.
Qualifications & Competencies required:
- Bachelor, preferably in Finance/Business Administration
- At least 1 year of working experience in a similar position
- Κnowledge of the Greek labor Law
- Good planning, organizational and follow up skills
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
- Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Excel & working experience in payroll systems
- Very good command of the Greek & English language (verbal and written)
- Teamwork
Qualifications considered as an asset:
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources
