Foot Locker opened its first store in California, back in 1974 and since then it has internationally expanded with more than 2.500 stores and $8B net sales, leading global sneaker culture. Foot Locker SEE is now expanding in 8 countries, namely Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro and Cyprus, with a short term target of 100 stores and 8 e-shops. In addition, Foot Locker will substantially invest in incubating sneaker communities, creating deep consumer connections, with a sustainable and planet-friendly ethos.
We are looking for a Foot Locker E-Commerce Specialist RO, based in Bucharest, Romania, reporting to Foot Locker SEE Head of E-Commerce. As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the digital launch and growth of Foot Locker Romania.
Main Responsibilities:
SALES TARGET
Oversee the digital sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve sales objectives, generate reports and provide insights to senior management. Check orders on a daily basis and follow it flows from order to delivery and returns.
GLOBAL CALENDAR
Administer calendar localization, ensuring banner localization and uploading all the content on webshop/app. Follow up both direct and indirect competition that is affecting customer behavior.
SITE CONTENT
Ensure that website is up-to-date and compliant with the company’s standard - including product names, descriptions, images, prices, banners, recommended products, brand campaigns, and concept promotions.
PERSONALIZATION
Create PGW list and shop the look styles, specialized categories, and segments in collaboration with E-commerce Sales Manager.
CREATING PROMOTIONS
Supervise the implementation of digital campaigns in collaboration with internal and external partners, ensuring successful implementation via monitoring traffic and conversion through Google Analytics and provide insights to Marketing manager.
DIGITAL ECOSYSTEM
Cooperate with other departments guaranteeing smooth and aligned implementation of all e-commerce processes and controlling of order preparation processes and external partners. Monitor web operations, communication with store personnel, and propose process improvements whenever necessary. Communication with call center and solving all back-end issues as super admin of the web shop. Communication with finance and accounting partners about the returns and cancellation process.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Oversee aftersales activities, ensuring seamless customer experience, and reporting software dysfunctionalities. Controls all dashboards for full customer journey. Control security and SSL certification.
CRM& EMAIL MARKETING
Support the localization of the email/communication marketing initiatives, using the CRM platform following guidelines of CRM/ Email team. Prepare special promotion, list and communication for loyal customers.
PACKEGING PROCESS:
Helping in packaging process in the stores when needed and overlook pick up in store process.
REPORTING:
Create all relevant reports for ecomm sales and marketing
Required Qualifications:
· BSc/BA in business administration or related field
· PC Skills: MS Office advanced level, photoshop
· Google Analytics, Traffic Drivers and their localization, digital visual merchandising
· Proven minimum 3 years’ experience in e-commerce or a similar role.
· Strong business acumen to drive execution of country digital e-commerce plan
· Strong understanding of country's retail market
· Experienced in working with CMS and Designers tools
· Advanced in English language
